Family Coat of Arms Rules 1994 deck of cards - Vintage French card game

This deck was published by Editions Dusserre titled,"Jeu des Blasons," that according to an extra card is said to be a game of heraldry "in the tradition of Finé de Brianville (1659) and Pêre Ménestrier (1692) who had the idea of teaching heraldry with playing cards.” 
The deck is set up so that it can be used as a "Happy Families" deck and a regular deck of cards. 

52 suited cards, plus 2 Jokers, plus 2 additional cards,
