The Motherpeace round tarot deck 1983 - Rare vintage

U.S. Games Systems, Inc. Created by Karen Vogel and Vivki Noble, the Motherpeace Tarot deck combines art, history, mythology, folklore, philosophy, science, astrology and comparative religion with an informed feminist perspective. 

One night in their home in 1978, within a year of being given their first tarot deck, they were taken by surprise when Karen felt the room literally tilt, and Vicki proceeded to have a life- changing vision of Goddess energy and transmission of ancient wisdom. They soon began drawing the Motherpeace deck based on the traditional tarot system with ancient images from goddess-centered cultures throughout the world.

Cards measure 4 1/2" in diameter.
Box is showing few signs of wear due to storage as pictured but cards are very good.
Comes with original box and booklet! 78 beautiful colorful cards like new by Karen Vogel and Vicki Noble printed in Belgium. 

The box reads, “ Images from 30 thousand years of women’s culture throughout the world. Each of the 78 cards is a gestalt or circle of symbols celebrating the life force and people’s rituals.”
