The 4 Seasons 1983 VERY RARE deck of cards - Jean Picart the Gentle

Excellent set of very beautiful cards made by Grimaud in 1983, entitled “Les Quatre Saisons”, it is a reissue in homage to Jean Picart the Gentle in which each color is dedicated to one of the four seasons. The first edition dates from 1964.

The cards feature the superb drawings of Jean Picart the Doux.

The deck contains 52 matching cards, plus 2 Jokers and 1 additional card announcing the game.
The cards are in good condition, they slide when shuffled.

They measure 9.4 cm x 5.7 cm.
The box is in good condition with slight signs of wear.

⚠️On most cards there are light pink stains.
There is an annotation in gray pencil inside the box (see photos).

Out of print edition. An extremely rare piece for collectors and connoisseurs.
